Good questions

How does it work?

Pour melted chocolate into the mug, pop a tealight into the little window in the base and light it. The gentle heat underneath keeps the chocolate warm and runny so you can keep dipping.

Do I melt the chocolate first?

Yes, for the smoothest dip. Melt it in short bursts in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of hot water, then pour it in. The tealight keeps it warm while you dip.

What can I dip?

Strawberries, marshmallows, biscuits, banana, pretzels, brownie bites. Milk, dark or white chocolate all work.

Which colour should I get?

Red is the favourite for Christmas, White is soft and classic, and Black is rich and moody. Can't decide? They make a lovely set.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Any safety tips?

Stand the mug on a heat-safe surface, never leave a lit tealight unattended, keep it away from children and pets, and let it cool completely before washing.
