Plug the USB cable into a power bank, then press the heat button. The heating panels inside warm up around you.
Does it come with a power bank?
The single bag doesn't. Any USB power bank works and most people already have one. The 2-bag bundle comes with 2 power banks.
How long does the heat last?
It depends on your power bank. A bigger power bank keeps it warm for longer, so if you're out for the whole night, bring a big one or a spare.
Can I wash it?
Unplug it and take the power bank and cable out before cleaning. Spot clean it and let it dry completely before you plug it back in. Check the care label for the full instructions.
Is it safe?
It runs on low-voltage USB power. Unplug it when you're not using it, keep the power bank dry and don't use it for babies, young children or anyone who can't feel heat.
